Is Santa DBS Qualified?
Yes - Santa is fully DBS qualified for children and adults.
Does Santa do events?
Yes, Santa is available for events, both corporate and private. Please use the contact form on the services page to enquire/find out more.
What does a Santa house visit entail?
Santa will provide a house visit which will include a 15-20 minute fully personalised and joyful interaction with up to 3 children, from the best Santa in the area. Whilst the initial visit price (£60) is based on 3 children, additional children can be added for £10 per additional child. Santa also offers a gift service where he will bring along a small gift @ £10 a child.
Additional requests can also be catered as required, just drop us a message to discuss!
What does a personalised video message entail?
Santa has gone digital!
He can also produce a fully personalised video message for your little ones where he will talk to them about their lives and how they have been all year, delivered to the phone of whoever usually looks after the present list!
Can we take pictures/videos?
Yes!
This is going to be an amazingly joyful moment for your children and family/friends, snap away, upload them everywhere, and tag us in the magic as well!
What is Your Refund/Cancellation Policy?

Santa's House Visits:
Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the date of Santa's visit will be fully refunded to form of original payment. No refunds will be possible if within 7 days of Santa's visit. Please enquire for further information.

Santas 'Bring A Gift' Service
This service is non refundable upon order completion. Unfortunately Santa has to purchase the gifts from a provider as part of the transaction on every order placed, and so cannot be refunded. Please enquire for further information.
